Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation via email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Time

We ship all orders via DHL or another trusted shipping partner. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and are typically:

• 2–6 business days within the EU
• Up to 10 business days for remote or rural areas

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and will be displayed before you complete your order.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us immediately at support@ionnyk.com and include photos of the damage along with a short description of the issue.
