Sign up & create an account

  1. Go to https://my.ionnyk.com/
  2. Fill your basic information : Firstname, name, email, and password
  3. Password must be strong enough : ‘At least one uppercased letter, one lowercased letter, one digit and between 6 and 32 characters’
  4. Submit
  5. You will now have access to the customer portal website, to manage your catalog subscription
  6. You can also login on the IONNYK mobile application, that you can install from IOS or Android

Connect my frame to WIFI

1. Go to the frames tab in the IONNYK app (third tab) and select the frame you want to update

2. At the top right corner, click on the hamburger menu

3. Select “Update WIFI”

4. Follow the instructions

  • Press five seconds on the button of your frame (it will start slowly blinking)
  • Press “CONTINUE” in the app
  • Select your WIFI network
  • Enter your WIFI password
  • Wait until the configuration is done
