Yes. With the IONNYK mobile app, your frame evolves exactly the way you want. Create personalised playlists, schedule photographs to change automatically every 15 minutes, every day or whenever you choose, or simply let IONNYK surprise you with a new curated artwork each day. Stay in complete control or enjoy the pleasure of discovering something new every time you look at your frame.

Yes. You can connect and manage multiple IONNYK frames from a single account using the IONNYK mobile app. Create different playlists for each frame, synchronize selected artworks across several frames or personalize every room with its own unique photographic atmosphere.

No. Every IONNYK frame works perfectly without a subscription and already includes the complimentary Taste of IONNYK experience: 30 curated artworks per month, 5 personal photo uploads per month and your own Digital Vault.

For customers who would like even more, additional memberships unlock a larger selection of artworks, increased personal photo uploads and exclusive features.

The artworks available through your IONNYK membership remain the intellectual property of their respective photographers and rights holders. Your membership grants you the right to display them on your IONNYK frame while supporting the artists behind every photograph. New works are continuously added, allowing your collection to evolve over time. Limited Edition artworks purchased separately may be subject to different ownership and licensing terms.

Yes. Thanks to electronic paper technology, an IONNYK frame can operate for up to one year on a single charge, depending on usage. When it’s time to recharge, simply connect the included magnetic USB-C charging cable. You can check the battery level anytime in the IONNYK mobile app, and once fully charged, your frame is ready for up to another year of autonomy.

No. IONNYK is completely wireless. There are no visible power cables, no hidden wires and no need for a permanent power connection. Hang it wherever you like, just like a traditional framed photograph.

Every IONNYK frame is carefully designed and manufactured in Belgium to meet the highest quality standards. We’ll guide you through the troubleshooting process and, if necessary, arrange a repair or replacement in accordance with your warranty.

Every IONNYK frame is covered by our 2-year warranty, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory consumer rights applicable under local law.
