Take your first steps…

Step 1.

Charge your frame for a night.

Once the frame has been charged, be sure to unplug it before pairing with Bluetooth.

Step 2.

Create your account on my.ionnyk.com

& download the app

Step 3.

Wake up your frame

Reminder :
The frame must absolutely not be plugged in at this stage. Please make sure to remove the charging cable before performing this step.

Instructions :
Press and hold the IONNYK button for 5 to 7 seconds to wake up the frame (this takes it out of shipping mode).
The button will blink once to confirm that the frame is powered on.

To double-check, press briefly: the button should respond with a single blink..

Step 4.

Pair your frame

Press and hold the IONNYK button again for 5 to 7 seconds to make the frame discoverable via Bluetooth. The button light should start blinking, confirming the frame is now in discoverable mode.

Then open your IONNYK app, go to the Frame tab, and tap the “+” button to start the pairing procedure. Simply follow the instructions displayed in the app.
